I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology, with my undergraduate degree in Child and Family Psychology; my undergraduate degree was obtained from The University of Johannesburg, with my Honours having been obtained from UNISA. Being a mother, my interests lie with the family unit and relationships.
I would love to help you explore and work through your personal challenges, in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
I work with clients who are struggling with a myriad of concerns such as relationships, family and personal development. The initial session will be exploration of concerns and a plan for future sessions will be discussed. I enjoy working with clients who aim to put in their best effort into working towards the end goal of self-actualization.
I am keen to assist my clients by using a person-centred approach, believing that each one of us has the ability to solve our own difficulties. My aim is to help you identify and work through these difficulties at a pace you are comfortable with, preserving your autonomy and respecting your boundaries.
If you feel like we would work well together, please do not hesitate to reach out for a session. I am a firm believer that each client is the captain of their own ship, I go where you go and you are always in control. I look forward to connecting with you.
